About
I'm an operations and analytics person who keeps ending up building the infrastructure nobody assigned me. I've done it across ticketing, fintech, and sales ops in Sydney, Amsterdam, and Jakarta — building CRMs from scratch, automating workflows, and turning messy data into decisions. I hold a Master of Commerce in Business Analytics from UNSW and work daily in Python, Power BI, and SQL. Mostly, I just notice what's broken and can't leave it alone.
